Taameer Artivists Foundation events and ticketing are operated by THE DOI'S (Proprietor: Sourav Kumar), GSTIN 05CIIPK7917G1Z4, Forest Colony, Tikonia Road, Haldwani, Nainital, Uttarakhand – 263139, Painth Parao SO.
1. Cancellation Window
Event passes can be cancelled for a refund only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellation requests made after this window, or once the pass/QR code has been scanned or used for entry, will not be entertained.
2. Non-Cancellable Passes
Early-bird priced passes, group/bulk booking discounts, and passes booked within 7 days of the event are final and non-refundable, except where the event itself is cancelled or postponed by Taameer Artivists Foundation as described below.
3. If the Event Is Cancelled or Postponed
If Taameer Artivists Foundation cancels an event, all pass holders will receive a full refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, existing passes will remain valid for the new date by default; attendees who cannot attend the rescheduled date may instead request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
4. Name Changes & Transfers
Passes may be transferred to another attendee by writing to our Customer Service team at least 48 hours before the event, subject to the new attendee completing any required KYC/registration details.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If an amount is debited but a pass is not issued, or you are charged more than once for the same booking, report it to our Customer Service team with your payment reference. Verified failed or duplicate payments are refunded in full.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
